Our values

The love for craftsmanship and the ancestral makes me develop my work using a material that I am passionate about, the woven bags or better known as the palm leaf. With it you can make countless very durable and beautiful items. I try to maintain his legacy that has been passed orally from generation to generation. It is an invitation to take care of our culture, traditions and therefore, our values.

There are some objects that have always been around us, but who designs and makes them? In some rural towns in the Marina Alta region, palm heart plant fiber has been used for centuries in the crafts of palm leaves:

The art of braiding palm leaves to make woven bags, boats, hats and other utensils for everyday use, being the engine of the local economy for decades.
Some older artisans organize to recover their culture and transmit it, preventing the memory of their ancestors from disappearing.

The Arabs perfected this artisanal technique, although after the Moorish expulsion in 1609 the new inhabitants, especially the Mallorcans, improved it even further. The natural resource was close, cheap and could be used at any time of the year.

The manufacture of woven bags, carried out mainly by women, was very important in the economy of the towns of Spain, but at the beginning of the 20th century it went into decline when it was replaced by plastic. However, there are neighboring municipalities such as Gata de Gorgos (in the Marina Alta), which have maintained this tradition passing from generation to generation, turning this product into a symbol of the municipality.

With all this, the purpose of this exciting project is to offer this wonderful product to today's woman, making each of them feel beautiful, powerful, divine, spectacular wearing one of our woven bags, all made in an absolutely artisanal way and taking maximum care of every detail.

Each of our woven bags has been thought and designed as a unique object, as an ornament of great beauty and uniqueness. It is a very durable product over time and respectful of our planet.
Each piece is made from a deep inner connection, in that magical, beautiful place and safe space where your dream can come true.

My intention is that the joy, passion and fun that I capture can be enjoyed by all those beautiful, unique and wonderful women, being for them an experience and delight to be the owners of one of these woven bags, this is the real premise of our values. As a brand, satisfy and make the woman who wears one of our products feel special.

This project brings together women's empowerment, love and passion for fashion and sustainability. As well as being the guardian of ancestral traditions, contributing my grain of sand.
