In order to create, I need to generate spaces of silence where I pay maximum attention to the senses and turn off my mind as much as I can. In these moments I feel a lot of joy and peace, this allows me to develop those ideas that I have been expressing through sketches. Since the nymphs of creativity do not always visit us, sometimes I have to provoke it by working every day, arranging baskets, fringes, feathers, raffias, etc., the mere fact of being in contact with these materials can awaken that creative energy in me again. , sometimes it takes a while and I find it taking a walk next to the sea, or through natural spaces, on other occasions it suddenly appears without warning and you have to make the most of it.

There are times when I like to listen to meditation audios. Lately I feel very comfortable listening to the Stoics, I love the meditations of Marcus Aurelius, the wisdom they contained at that time is incredible. All of this makes me want to work very actively on building the best version of myself.

In short, when I am creating is when I feel closest to the Creator.

Each and every one of us are unique and unrepeatable beings, so I strongly encourage each of you to find what makes you vibrate and go for it with all your strength, with a lot of determination and perseverance, you have to be proactive and take action to make something happen or change in our lives.

When we are connected to our inner strength we can offer everyone joy, peace, love and at the same time be a source of inspiration for others. I invite each of you to achieve your dream, the perfect time is right now.

In my case, I really enjoy creating my baskets of palm, sea reed, hemp, decorated with all kinds of materials (feathers, raffia, fringes, ribbons, trimmings, pieces of jade, coral, turquoise, etc.), some of them purchased on my leisure trips through India, Uzbekistan, Istanbul, Morocco, using such special materials as silk thread, made from the cactus itself in Chefchaouen, handcrafted using ancient techniques. By working with them I access that wonderful and ancestral world that we all have inside of us.

Our inner temple is a great source of creativity. It is pure creative and transformative energy.

Find what you are passionate about and pursue it with all your strength. Focus on what you want to achieve and feel it in all its magnitude. Trust yourself completely and in all your abilities, because we have everything necessary to achieve it and above all, enjoy the journey.
