As a general rule, you have 16 calendar days to return your online purchase. You can do so through any of our physical stores (free of charge) or by requesting a home pickup (shipping cost at your expense).

Only returns of items in perfect condition that have the original labels and with the purchase receipt or invoice, as well as the original packaging and seal, will be accepted.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it.
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After making a purchase, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after delivery, without the need for justification.
If we receive, along with the return, the return form (which you will find at the bottom of this text) within the period of 14 calendar days, we will appreciate it. We will refund all payments received, transportation costs for the return are your responsibility.
CONTRACTUAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal, we grant you a period of 16 additional calendar days from the shipping confirmation to return your products.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the previous section, although you inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period has elapsed and you wish to return any product, then you must in any case deliver the goods to us within the withdrawal period. 16 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In the event that we receive the return of the product and/or the return form after the first 14 calendar days and before the end of the 16 calendar days, we will refund the price actually paid for the product(s) purchased, any delivery costs that may have been incurred will not be refunded.
You can return the product to any ALICIA SARRIÓ ORIGINALS BAGS store in Spain, delivering the invoice/delivery note you received with the product or the order confirmation email, or to our central offices, whose address you will find on the invoice.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you consider that the product is not the one requested or does not comply, you can contact us through the contact methods indicated, providing the details of the product(s) as well as the defect suffered and we will indicate how to proceed. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the order number.

WARRANTY
The legal guarantee established in current regulations will apply. ALICIA SARRIÓ ORIGINALS BAGS ensures the guarantee of conformity of the goods purchased on the page. The legal warranty for new products lasts six months from the date of proof of purchase.
